AgilePointID Identity provider Upgrade for Devapp3 and Prodapp3

AgilePoint is upgrading AgilePointID Identity provider on August 4th, 2023, for https://devapp3.nxone.com and https://prodapp3.nxone.com.  AgilePointID Identity provider upgrade will provide better security, performance, and reliability.

*if you are using single sign on from your company, your credential is not affected by this.*

How does this affect you and what action you need to perform?

1. https://devapp3.nxone.com and https://prodapp3.nxone.com will be unavailable from August 4th, 2023, at 5PM HKT to August 6th, 2023, 5PM HKT.
2. All AgilePointID usernames with a blank space will be replace with underscore “_” (e.g. John Dow will become John_Dow)
3. All AgilePointID users must perform a password reset after the upgrade.  Due to security and technical challenges, AgilePoint cannot move your current password to the new AgilePointID Identity provider.
4. All users must update all access tokens that are using AgilePointID credential after password reset (e.g. anonymous access token, AgilePoint NX access token and etc.).
