AgilePointID Identity provider Upgrade for Trialapp6

AgilePoint is upgrading AgilePointID Identity provider on June 30th, 2023, for https://trialapp6.nxone.com/.  AgilePointID Identity provider upgrade will provide better security, performance, and reliability.

*if you are using single sign on from your company, your credential is not affected by this.*

How does this affect you and what action you need to perform?

1. https://trialapp6.nxone.com/ will be unavailable from June 30th, 2023, at 5PM HKT to July 2nd, 2023, 5PM HKT.
2. All usernames with a blank space will be replace with underscore “_” (e.g. John Dow will become John_Dow)
3. All users must perform a password reset after the upgrade.  Due to security and technical challenges, AgilePoint cannot move your current password to the new AgilePointID Identity provider.
4. All users must update all access tokens that are using AgilePointID credential after password reset (e.g. anonymous access token, AgilePoint NX access token and etc.).
