Reminder emails not triggering
I have an application in NX7 (my only process in production) where some of the process instances task reminder emails aren't triggering (but they are for other processes instances). We recently upgraded from NX6, but I believe these weren't triggering before the move (so I don't think the upgrade broke it... I think it was broke to start with).
For the ones not triggering reminders, the task users are getting their original assignee emails, just not the reminders (so, I know the TaskParticipantUserName is working as the email recipients). I have the reminders set up the same on both the working ones and not working ones:
Reminder starts one day before task expires, and goes every 2 or 3 days (depending on task) until the task is inactive.
I have looked at the Notifications in Runtime Management for all statuses. That's where I can see that they haven't been triggering (they aren't failing... they don't show up in the list at all).
Any thoughts on what I should look at, or things to try?

Updating that AgilePoint support found the issue.
The engineering team found that the email template was corrupt. When they published my application, it was not including the reminder email template as part of process model. It was not getting associated as a Reminder Email Notification when they published the app, though in UI it appeared like it has been associated but at runtime it was not.
