Grabbing Multiple URLs through Query Multiple Activity but Only getting First Result

Right now, I'm building an application that uses the Query Multiple activity to grab a list of file paths from our  SQL table which will then be used later to move files over for aggregation.  I've been looking through the community forms and of the two potential solutions that were found, both do not work for me it seems.

I wonder if were I am going wrong is on the side of  failing to grab the correct information or if I am not understanding on how to display results of the Query Multiple activity correctly?

Both fields are set to repeatable.
