Lookup is not able to get data from list

I am designing a e-form lookup drop-down which takes data from a list in SharePoint and updates data in another list in SharePoint. But after designing and mapping I am able to see the correct data in drop-down in "Preview of Build Apps" but when I try to fill my form in SharePoint, the lookup drop-down shows error- "failed to load data" instead of options in drop-down. Please provide some solution.

  Hello Pradeep,

   

  Kindly navigate to Build Apps->Select your app from the left->Drill down to Processes->Shared Resources->Access Tokens. Edit it and check the token details and if you are able to connect it to the third party. Also, for the Dropdown type of lookup, you need to select Name/value and not Multiple in the Datasource Configuration screen.
