How to get URL of uploaded file using File Upload control

Hi,

I have a form where a supervisor uploads a Training document each week. Each week I want to send an email to all the employees with the documents Supervisor has uploaded. It would be nice to send the URL of the folder where document is stored or attach the uploaded documents in Email. I am storing the uploaded documents on our organisations network drive. 

Can someone help me achieve this?
