SharePoint Get User Profile

I am having trouble with SharePoint Get User Profile activity on the workflow.

It works fine when I try to get info for a normal user but we have different kind of users, like “shared mailbox” which also registered on SharePoint but I cannot get the user profile of.

My workflow paused and throws this error when I try manually: "Error occured while invoking the method :UserProfileProperties. Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object on server. The object is associated with method GetPropertiesFor.

Any idea whether it is a bug or there is another solution to get all user profiles?

  Hi Edit,

  The team was not able to reproduce your issue, and have a few questions for you.

   

  1. Can you provide a sample application so we can see the configuration?

  2. Which version of AgilePoint are you using?

  3. For the SharePoint access token, what kind of authentication are you using? Can you provide a screenshot of the configuration?

  I am wondering if anyone found out something about this?

  I have another user which is a normal account not shared or role account but have the same error message when I try to get the profile.

  At least if the "GetUserProfile" activity not just pauses but throws an error, that would be helpful.
