Show control rule doesn't work appropriately

Hi All,

I have a field named "x", if field is 0 it should throw an error message. For that i have created a show control rule if the value is 0. But it's triggering couple of times when we publish the app.

Any input will be great full.

  If you set the rules to fire On Form Load, and the default value of the field is 0, then the error message should pop up when you open the app.  Change the default value, or only fire the rule when the field value changes instead of during the load sequence.
