SOAP Service Configuration

Hi,

I'm facing problems during configuration of a Web Service call. I need to do a SOAP call to webservice but I am getting a no data available as response of lookup. I have tested the Service with other tools with same input parameters without any problems and getting results. This error only occurs with this specific service method - other methods are work fine.

Webservice method requires a complex input data type as a requirement refer below screenshot .

  Hello Vinay,

   

  The data conversion was not defined in the schema mapper due to which the incompatible data types mapping was not working. Once the valid conversions were added, the lookup behavior was as expected.

  Since the same issue was added over a support ticket and it was resolved, we will mark this post as Answered.
