I am looking for information about creating an application that can be created from either an email being sent to a certain account and from a regular start task form.

Also Information about how to get the information from the email body into the fields.

You can also, make use of the inbuilt system variables to populate the contents of the form on the email or associate any system variables to the Email Attributes and use them in the content of the Email.
