Rules available for Pop-up Select control

What kind of rules are available for the pop-up select control? I'm trying to get it built to hide the questions in the e-form when the pop-up select returns with items available. I have directions for them to Click on a "Cancel" button if there are items available. I do not want them to continue with the eform if there ARE items available.
