What activity do I need to use to convert a Word document into a PDF?

  To convert a Word doc into a PDF you will want to use the PDF Converter activity. To get to the PDF Converter activity open or create a new process, and from your process model builder screen, click the Plus icon in your Activity Library. In the menu that opens locate Document and click on it. This will open the Document submenu where you will find the PDF Converter activity where you can drag and drop the activity into your process model.
