Port used for Agile Point Rest API (Internal) in an app-based form

I am using an anonymous view form, from a form-based app to display database records in a listview control. When I try to edit a record it takes me to the update form.

The problem is that if I try to access from outside the server or the public web, I can only see the first view form, but the update form is not allowed to see it. Analyzing this behavior, I see that the update form uses port 13490, in the AgilePoint documentation it indicates that it is used for the REST API calls.

The question is how to make the REST API and all use the secure port 443 if the server is exposed on the web?

  I think when SSL configuration was done to your environment few of the REST endpoints got missed out and still has the old URL. I think you need to connect to Support team to coordinate and get the configuration verified.
