Form-Based Application possibilities ?
Hello,
I tried power apps, and now I try agilepoint.
I have created Form-Based Application, but I want to know if I can work with multiple entity without relationship, create one view by entity and create/edit form for each or I need to create one app by entity ?
Can I give permission on field ?
Can I launch workflow on entity create/update, or I need to use Process-Based Application for this ?

Hello Eddy,
One form can have many interacting entities through Lookup feature. However the automatic data synchronization on form Submit with DataSources like DataEntity, Salesforce etc... can only be with related entities.
Which means the update of entity value can be with one or related entities referred as Primary Entity but the read operation for unrelated entities can still happen using Lookup.

Not sure I understand all of what you're asking, but here's what I think:
1. You can connect to multiple entities within the Form, it does not need to be one app for each entity.
2. I'm not sure what permissions you mean here
3. Form-Based Applications cannot have a Workflow associated with them, you would need to use a Process-Based Application for this. I believe that you can start a Process-Based Application in many different ways, but I'm not sure if they can be started from the creation/update of an item in an entity.
Sorry I don't have all the answers but hopefully that's a start for you.
