Portal Home Page Error

In our AgilePoint portal, we've tried to set a home page however on load, when clicking the home icon nothing appears. When sharing the link for the home page, it loads through the link. Is this a page error?

  Hello Priye,

   

  Please check if you have configured permissions for the Page to be visible only to specific Users. Then, can you open the Developer Console of the browser to see the error messages and share with us.
