I would like to know how the app behaves when you choose "system integration" in this part of setting up your application

  System Integration indicated that the process model designed is expected to be initiated based on an event of an external system. For your case consider it as Eventbrite's  state change would trigger your registered Web API or Web Service in side which you have AgilePoint Integration REST API's to initiate a process.
