Word Activity missing first line

I configured the Word Activity process activity and it works but it seems to be cutting off the first line of the text fields I have mapped. Notice 'this' is missing when mapped to word document.  Is there a way to fix this?

  Not sure how your mapping or indexing is done but this looks like you are starting at line 1 and you should be starting at 0

  In the word doc I'm using the legacy text form field. I tried some of the other fields but they do not show in AgilePoint when I click on "click to load word fields". Where would I adjust the setting to change it from 1 to 0?

  hi Darci,

  To help answer your question, I'm hoping you can help with the following:

  We tried reproducing it by entering a multiple sentences with line breaks/new lines. Can you tell us how did you enter the text on the form? Is it a text area control? Did you paste the data from elsewhere onto the form? What is the operating system of your machine?

  I completed the entry on the form by just keying the words in. I just used the enter button to start a line after each word. It is a Text Area control. I did not copy and paste. We are using IE 11, Word 2016 and Windows 10.

  Thanks, Darci.  Unfortunately we haven't been able to reproduce the issue thus far.  Can you please send in an email the following:

   

  1. Share the application that is having the issue.  If you cannot share the application, please create a small sample where the problem occurs.
  2. The Word template you are using to map to the word creator activity
  3. The configuration window screenshot of the word creator mapping.
  4. AgilePoint Version
