Can you please let me know how to use the IF function in the formula control. 

I have a Yes or No field, need to check whether it's Yes then we need to add 2 fields, if it's No we need to set it as 0.

  I would default to using Rules in this case.  Is there a specific reason why you cannot use Rules?
