Cancel process in Test/Dev

Our Production environment is fine, but for some reason I can no longer cancel running processes in Test, but could previously. I don't get an error, it just doesn't cancel. My only option is to suspend the process, but I'd prefer to cancel to clear out test processes that aren't needed for reference any longer.

Has anyone else ran into this? I've tried it in Chrome and Firefox, cleared cookies/cache, and restarted and it still doesn't let me cancel. This goes for any application- I've tried it on a few now.

Hello Ashley,

A few questions for some background:

Do you have the same level of permission in both of your environments?

Is the "Cancel" option greyed out or is it just completely removed?

Hi Jason,

Yes, I have the same level of permissions and have been able to cancel in the past. The option is there and I can click it, but the process doesn't cancel after clicking it- it's really strange!

Are you trying to cancel a sub-process or is it a parent process?

This is a parent process - and thank you! It's also any process- nothing will cancel.

We were able to resolve this issue by restarting the server in the environment where the issue was occurring.
