Feature Recommendation
Had a couple ideas that would be nice to have in a future version:
1) On the "Process Instance Overview" widget in the Dashboard, break "Suspended" into the following "Manual Suspend" and "System Suspend". There are workflows we have to manually suspend for a decent amount of time because action cannot be taken by the user and they don't want to get daily email reminders. So, it would be nice to see those separate from workflows that get suspended due to errors on the dashboard.
2) Just like you can suspend, resume, and cancel multiple workflow instances at the same time, it would be helpful to mass migrate process instances to a new version of the application instead of having to migrate one instance at a time.

1) You can add a reason and I think in version 9 you can actually see the reason now.
2) If you are on premises this can be done with the APADM Command Line Utility, the -mgproc command.

For #2 we do have a process for this! Depending on your AgilePoint deployment, whether it's On-Prem, AgilePoint hosted cloud, or private cloud, there are procedures listed at the following link to run what is called a bulk migration.

Two questions for mass migration:
1. Do all instances need to be the same version? For example, I have 50 instances that range from versions 1.04, 1.05, and 1.06. I just created version 1.07. Can I mass migrate all 50 instances?
2. Do all instances in the mass migration have to be at the same spot in the workflow. For example, 10 instances are currently waiting on Form "B" to be submitted. Another 5 instances are waiting for Form "C" to be submitted. Can I mass migrate all 15 at the same time?
