Has anyone had problems with populating date fields from a database??

When I use the PC Browser I get the correct inofrmation from the lookup:

 

After I publish the application I get this:

 I have tried changing names but I don't know what is happening. I get dates in ther places with no problem and some of the fields from the lookup are there just the dates are missing...

  Exported the application, deleted it and imported it. The dates came back. Made a change to the lookup and now the dates are gone again..

  In case you run into this there is a problem with AP. If you query dates at form load from a database using an autolookup to get dates you may run into a timing issue. This is going to be fixed in a future release of AP. To get around this problem use the same autolookup but use the form load rule and the triggerautolookup option or use the JS formevent and the triggerautolookup.

  Just ran into this same problem. 

  I want to clarify what you did to fix.  

  1. On the AutoLookup Configuration you set it to Form

  2. On the Form Load rule you added a trigger autolookup ( I did it when the Record ID field was present because I think you have to have something in there right?)  

  I tried this and datetimes are still not showing up.
