My process model looks extremely cluttered due to too many shapes. How can I make it presentable?

  There is an option to "Minimize" in "Configure Activity" for each shape. This will reduce the size of the shapes and should help you accommodate all the shapes.

  You might want to also break the process into a parent process and several subprocesses.  Also, the subprocesses can be used in several places in the parent process.
