Cancelling a process instance in the Production environment

In the Production environment work center, I am not seeing the option to cancel a process like I did in the Development environment. Is it something that can't be done in the Prod environment?

I would appreciate any assistance with this question.

  Hi Eva,

  Can you compare the tab settings in development and production? Look for Hide Context Menu option if something is disabled in your production environment.
