Unable to access certain sections of the portal.

I am unable to access certain sections of the portal.  Myself and one other are having this issue.  The other 4 users are having no issues.  I have cleared my browser cache (Chrome) and tried using other browsers.  Still getting the same result.  I am able to get into Settings, but not Build Apps or Work Center.  I am also able to access the Manage section but the screen is different that it was.  This issue just started today.

  This issue typically arises when the AgilePoint REST API endpoints are inaccessible from the end user's machine. Additionally, I kindly request you to submit a Support Ticket for these issues. This will enable the AgilePoint Product team to assist you promptly and prioritize your concerns effectively.
