With 2020 coming to an end, I think we can all agree that recent events have proven that digital transformation is more important than ever.

What Does That Mean for You?
Well, as part of our journey to make automation easy for everyone, we completely revamped the look and feel of the software to make it more user-friendly.

Plus, we beefed up some of the existing features and added a couple of really handy new ones:

• A brand new Work Center that helps you efficiently manage your workload from end to end.
• A guided App Builder Wizard with a built-in checklist that transforms the experience of creating process automation into easy to follow steps.
• New Analytics Center  that simplifies the collection, analysis, visualization, and distribution of business-critical data.
• The new ability to automatically convert your Excel spreadsheets into business applications.
• A host of new user-requested features that make process automation stress-free.
• New premium integrations, like Blockchain, Jira, and Microsoft Power Automate.

All in all, this means that creating solutions in AgilePoint is easier than ever, even for users with zero coding experience.

What Do You Need To Do?

Below you will find a breakdown of how your AgilePoint will be updated to version 8.0 based on the license you currently have:

Trial and Community Edition Cloud Users
If you’d like to stay on the Free Community platform, no action is required. Our team will handle all the necessary technical steps behind the scenes, so you can focus on your day to day work.

Your AgilePoint instance will be automatically upgraded on October 30th, 2020 between 17:00 PST and midnight PST, so it shouldn’t put your work on hold.

All Subscription-Based Cloud Users
Our team will handle all the necessary technical steps behind the scenes, so you can focus on your day to day work.

Your AgilePoint instance will automatically be upgraded on November 7th, 2020 between 17:00 PST and midnight PST, so it shouldn’t put your work on hold.

Note to the Singapore users: your AgilePoint will be upgraded on 7th November 2020 between 18:30 SGT and 1:30 SGT on 8th November 2020

All Subscription-Based On-Premise Users
Your v8 upgrade will be available on November 16th, 2020 and you can choose to update your AgilePoint installation at your convenience. This gives you time to finish up any pressing projects and avoids unnecessary downtime.

To begin the upgrade, all you need to do is to submit a support ticket on the Help Desk to obtain the download files and instructions.
