Question about reusing existing e-Form template when creating new e-Form
When new forms get created, they can be “based on” other forms. If/when those underlying forms get changed/modified, are the forms that are “based on” them also updated?

Hi Jack,
No, you create a new copy of the form. If you want, you can still use one eform in multiple tasks and with rules make some controls visible/invisible. Like this you would have only one eForm for all tasks and you won't need to update each form in case of changes.

Hi Alexey,
Thanks a lot for the prompt reply. It was faster than I expected. :-)
Based on your answer, my understanding is that when you create a new e-form based on an existing e-form, instead of having a reference to the existing e-form, a copy is duplicated. But if I have a process with multiple tasks, instead of having each task associated with a duplicated copy of an e-Form and make changes to each for different tasks, I can have the same e-Form shared across all tasks but create rules, etc., to implement the difference needed for different tasks?
Best,
Jack
