When a Process App is called by a web service (licensing)

Hi AgilePoint Team,

I post a prior question and asked if a Process App can be called by a web service.

If yes, is the process considered running under a user seat (e.g. a Service Account) or a shared seat, e.g. concurrent pool?

  Hi Jack,

   

  By default the user used of the execution of the API request is the user authentication value that is present in the Authorization Header. If you would like to have a dedicated user to impersonate all other user's actions then in the place where you are creating the Web Service request you have to use the dedicated user's authorization value.

  Hi Jack,
  You must specify the user in the authorization header of the call, so you can use any user for that.
