Manage access to fields on creation and update

Hi, 

In the form-base app, can we manage access to fields on creation and update (one group has access only to creation fields and the others can update other fields related to their tasks) ?​

For example, we have like three groups
* first group create the form with field1 and field2
* second group update the form on field 3 and field 4
* third group update the form on field 5 and field 6
* second group cannot see group 1 fields
* third group cannot see group 1 and group 2 fields
