Hi

Please advise How to allow user as a requester to modify form on the next task (see the process below)

can we use the parallel task or other control for this purpose ?

  Hello Lassaad,

  You can create a group called Finance Department and add users only related to the team and assign the group in the Standard task->Participants tab or just assign the users and change the number of participants.
