How to access apps built by other users?

Under Work Centre > My Applications, I see apps published by other team members; however, when I go to Build Apps, I can't find the other team member's app Files to Edit them.

We all have the Administrator Role and we need to ensure continuous maintenance and support during absences.

Please advise,

  When the other owners publish their app, or after publishing, on the ribbon, change permissions to include you as an application Owner or Designer. 

  Then you will see them in Build Apps. 

  Edit: You may want to make a group for this purpose with all of the admins and add as owner to all applications as you first publish them.
