Many approvers - advanced task or multiple paths with a standard task?
I have a use case where there may be minimum three up to nine approvers. The process initiator needs to know who has approved and who hasn't at any point in time. Does an advanced task do this or do I need to run multiple process paths with standard tasks for each approver and write to a data entity or SharePoint list who has approved and who hasn't?
Thanks

Hello Stephen,
With standard task you can make use of Maximum participant property and have multiple task get assigned to all the participants. Please have a look into the below screen capture and documentation link for your reference.

Hi Stephen,
The scenario look like you need an Approval History to keep track on who has approved and not.
Please follow the below Steps:
- In the Standard activity form, keep a hidden subform control.
- Add 3 fields to the subform (ApproverName , Approver Decision, DateTime) and add the number of rows to subform with Approver name.
- Before submit, need to write script to update the Approver History Table.
- Configure subform Approval History in the email activity so that initiator will come to know who has approved it and not.
