    Hi Rakesh,

the ID should be automatically created, you don't need to fill it. If you need the ID in process after the insert record activity, then you can specify to store the response in that variable inside the insert record activity.
    Regards,
    Alexey

    Hello Rakesh,

Is it possible to share the export copy of Application and the Entity structure with us?

You can create a new ticket at our Ticket system or connect with your AgilePoint point of contact to pass it on to us.

    Thanks,

    AgilePoint Support

We recently faced this same issue and the support team helped with the following solution:

    1. Using an Update Process Data task, create a new variable with an appropriate name like "convertedGUID" and use the expression Guid.Parse(Convert.ToString(string_holding_the_guid)) to set it.  You will see then in your process data at run time a new variable of type "q1:guid".
    2. Now you can use this new variable in the Insert Record activity.
