Convert a Word or PDF file into a TIFF file

I have included the Microsoft Word activity in a process. At this time, the activity converts a Word template into a PDF but my client wants a TIFF file, not a PDF. Anyone know if there's a way to convert a Word or PDF into a TIFF?

  Hello Cindy,

   

  We do not have this as OOTB feature. However you could still achieve this by sharing the document with a non AgilePoint component for which we have a huge list of OOTB system activities.
