Office 365 for Outbound Email Server

I noticed an old post from two years ago that indicated that you could configure AgilePoint to use SMTP client submission with the details below

• Open Server configuration > System tab >Notification Group box
• SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com:587:SSLEmail
• Username: ********@agilepoint.com
• Email Password: *********
• System User Email: ********@agilepoint.com
• Email Format: html

However, in doing so I get a 5.7.57 Error.

 

Are there some additional steps required in making this work, or something obvious I might be missing?  Thanks!

  Mike, If the details provided in the AgilePoint server configuration was correct then you might have to check with your O365 admin once. The message displayed by AgilePoint is from O365 authentication part for which I am including a Microsoft community question.
