Include attachments from list to email
I am trying to create a email workflow. My trigger event is when an item is added to a sharepoint list that includes attachments(excel files) . How do I attach them in email ?

Hello Deepak,
- In your case you need to download the attachment from SharePoint List item and store it locally on to AgilePoint Server. You can achieve this using Document transfer shape, refer to below link:

2.Once the file is downloaded to local file system, you can refer to that location in Email Attachment configuration. It would take care of attaching the files along with Email, refer to below link:

Specifies one or more files you want to include in an e-mail.
Accepted Values:
The full path and file name for the attachments you want to include.
The file that you would like to attach must reside on the local machine.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes
Example:
- C:\My Documents\sample1.doc
- ${My Files}
