Hi Team,

Participants Not Receiving Emails- Getting this error The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

Till 11th March 2021 , all the participants were receiving the emails. Now for the same participants , emails are erroring out and getting the above message.

I checked the email address is correct.

Please help me resolve it.

  Ratna,

  The message 'The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.' is sent by email server when the email recipients are not in email ID format. 

  Go to Manage Center->Notifications and search the notification which can be used and verify the email body and recipients for more understanding.
