The Screen Analytics doesn't allow me to do anything

    Hello Joana,

    As part of troubleshooting, all the extensions were disabled and after disabling, the issue was resolved. The extensions were blocking the normal behavior or execution of the Analytics Module. After disabling the extensions, the Analytics module functioned as expected.

    Since the same issue was added over a support ticket and it was resolved, we will mark this post as Answered.
