AgilePoint NX app installation to SharePoint

I have "The operation took too long" error message when I try to install AgilePoint NX app on SharePoint 365.

I did manage to install it on a 30 days trial site (onmicrosoft.com) but no luck on our site collection. I have removed and tried to install several times as the support team suggested.

Does anyone has any idea which might cause this?

  This seems to be an Office 365 error.  Please check with Microsoft support.
