Control Field Version Tracking
After an AP form (e.g., Start Task eForm) has been completed by an end user (form submitter), can the end user go back and edit the form? If a submitted form can be edited, are the fields that are updated/changed by the end user highlighted so that all parties involved in the workflow process know that the fields have been changed?

Not directly. However, we have AP forms that get routed another user for approval and give the approver 3 options - "Approved" (it goes to the next step), "Rejected" (it ends the process with an email back to the process initiator), "More Information needed" (this sends an email back to the process initiator and also routes the process to them, assigning a task, so they can open the form to update it and resubmit it to the approver. The form they get back has all the information they entered plus comments from the approver. Would this work in your situation?

Hi David,
Thank you for replying to my post. Your suggestion may work, especially if I build the final approval towards the end of the process. I'd like to give the form submitter a chance to update incorrect information (e.g. spelling of name) at any time during the application process.
