is old support portal still available?

Is the old AgilePoint support portal still available?  I'm trying to log in to review some old tickets, but I'm receiving an error message.

Server was unable to process request. --> System.InvalidOperationException:  Unauthenticated Access at ActivationServer.LicenseMgr.CheckAuthenticated() in D:\Develop\srchome\Internal\ActivationServer.Net4\LicenseActivationServer\LicenseMgr.asmx.cs: line 735
