Can two users work on the same process

Can one user work on one process and another user work on another process for the same application.

  No. When the first user edits the first process, files are checked out that are common to all processes within the application. The second user can not edit another process in the application, while these common files are checked out.

  However, if you have a Subprocess that is external to the application, a second person can work on that. On the second screen of the Subprocess dialog, this is the middle option, Predefined Subprocess (From All The Application). The only slightly tricky part is you have to create at least the beginning of the Subprocess and publish it be fore you can select it on the third screen of the Subprocess dialog.

  Often, business processes can be broken into multiple AgilePoint processes.  This allows you to reduce complexity and make maintenance much easier.

  Note: An external Subprocess is an application in the system for licensing purposes.  An internal Subprocess is not.
