Hello, I am new to agilepoint and I have a requirement to start a process by assigning an existing data entity records to a specific user ( who I should select from a dropdown list).

how I can do this?

  Hi Mai,

  You can use the Change Data Entities Permissions activity or the Grant Permissions activity to assign the Data Entity record to a specific user.
