Forms based Application

Good morning,

Is it possible to build a data-driven application that allows managing different data entities in the same app? The scenario would be to have two applications: one to manage the data of the main entity and the other for parameterization: tables with reference data that can be used in the main entity. With the available licensing model, the number of apps is very limited, and it doesn't make sense to "waste" applications for each configuration data maintenance. Thanks in advance.
