Upgrade to AgilePoint latest version( NX 8)

Hi Team,

Currently we are working on AgilePoint NX 7.0 version and we want to upgrade the environment with latest version AgilePoint NX 8.0.

Kindly suggest us how we can proceed with this, what are the key point need to be considered.
