eForms Report View Not Available on an Event Triggered Process?
If you create a process that is triggered by an event, can you not have an eForms Report View for the process? I am working on a process that is triggered by event but it will then generate a task for a person to enter a bunch of information. I want to have a Report View so I created a standard task and designated it as the Report View. However, when I run the process, the Report View option is not available.

I have experienced the same thing before. In the report view, the setting was not enabled in the event service process. So, I realized the request by creating a process with a normal form and setting the task properties like the attached image. With this setting, the report view function can be provided even when started from the event service.

I had come to the same conclusion as you that apparently Report View is only available on processes that are started by eForms. So I ended up doing the same thing as you did. I re-created my process with a dummy Start Form so that it could be triggered by an event service and still have a report view.
I hope that someone from AgilePoint will weigh in on this. I don't understand why you can't have a Report View on any process, regardless of how it is triggered.
