PowerShell command activity not working

I am getting error when running PowerShell command in the PS Activity.

Operation PowerShellCommand failed

No Snap-ins have been registered for WIndows PowerShell version 5.

Has anyone seen and fixed this? Thanks.

  I am trying to run a SharePoint command and it won't work as AgilePoint server is separate from SharePoint servers.
