Email attachments

I am unable to configure an email attachment.  When I copy the URL of the document and paste it into the email attachment line and then click the + button, it tells me it cannot accept special characters.  But the URL will not work without the special characters.  The document is in a SharePoint library.  an example is:

  By looking at screenshots i assume you are trying to attach sharepoint file . But out of box Email Attachment accept only Local File System path .The file that you would like to attach must reside on the AgilePoint Server Machine.

  If you would like to attach sharepoint file then AgilePoint recommends you give a link to a file stored in SharePoint in the e-mail body.
