Refreshing Reminder emails

When I change the frequency of the email reminders and publish, then migrate the existing forms, it appears that changes to the frequency does not take effect.

What do I need to do to reset the reminders to the new frequency?

 

For example : I setup a task with reminder every week.  Then someone creates a form. The task is assigned to Billy.  Later we change the reminder to every 3 days.  We publish the changes.  The existing forms are migrated to the new version.  However Billy is only getting the reminders once a week.

  This sounds like a bug, but try this workaround:

  After migrating, do a Change Flow to the activity just before the form to let AgilePoint recalculate all the timers.
