Portal Branding on Public Cloud Offering
I would like to know if it is possible to further customize the Home Page of the AgilePoint Portal in a Public Cloud environment (i.e. AgilePoint Hosted and managed). I know some branding can be done through the "Settings > Portal Settings > Branding" (site name, logo, banner and icon). What I would be interested in doing is :
- Get rid of the "How to Videos" on the right part of the Home page
- Get Rid of the download links on the left part of the screen (SalesForce, App Store, Windows Phone... lol, Google Play and Office 365)

in the public cloud, we cannot customize or remove portions from the standard out of the box menu, as that would require access to the web.config which is not opened up in public cloud.
That said, there are ways to create entirely new portal homepages that may suit your needs. In the product today, if you navigate to https://yourtenanturl.nxone/admin you will be taken to a page builder that is very HTML and CSS-centric, and can use that functionality to create a new page for your users.
In the near future, we are supporting a completely drag and drop portal page designer which will remove the HTML and CSS requirements to create great looking webpages.
