Greetings,

After processing the workflow, can we save the data of this workflow to MySQL Database instead of Agile Entities?

  Hi Azzam,

AgilePoint provides Out of the box integrations with various systems. Database is one among them. Our database activities are built to integrate with MySQL as well.

Different ways to connect with MySQL database are listed below.

  1. Process Builder Activities-

Actions in process-based apps can be carried out using the MySQL database along with the built-in Database activities.

It supports multiple operations such as

  • Batch Insert
  • Delete Record
  • Insert Record
  • Query Multiple
  • Query Record
  • Stored Procedure
  • Update Record

  Reference document on multiple operations-https://documentation.agilepoint.com/8000/appbuilder/cloudenvShapesDatabase.html

  2. Lookups in eForm Builder-

Can be used in eForm Builder and form-based apps to build lookups for MySQL databases.

Reference document on configuring the Lookups-

  3. Access Token-

Access tokens can be created to connect to the MySQL databases.
